Excellent Hotel Experience

The staff were really friendly. The hotel provided a safe and secure environment. There was always someone at the front desk. Many dining options are very close.

The hotel is right next to sultanahmet. It is also close to the Bosporus sea. I enjoyed the beautiful view from the terrace, the view was excellent and amazing.

the room i stayed in was quite small and the cleanliness was not great. i saw some hair on the bedsheets and that really bothered me. the breakfast also was simple. i think there are other hotels in the area offering better value, so maybe i would choose differently next time.

the front desk staff were efficient. they managed all guests well. their service was prompt. there is shuttle service between the hotel and the airport. it is quite convenient. i just called omar.
the breakfast was not a buffet. i got a simple plate with olives, cucumber, tomato, cheese, and ham. it was the same every morning. the hotel is at the bottom of a street. i had to walk up the hill for 15 minutes to get to the tram.

A Very Clean and Well-Managed Hotel

I found the hotel to be very clean and well kept. The terrace offers a nice view and is a great spot to relax. The room felt spacious and quite comfortable. I also appreciated the staff. They were friendly and cute, especially the manager, who was easy to talk to.
The breakfast menu remained the same each day. It consisted of an omelet, coffee, tea, watermelon, a slice of salami, cheese, butter, jam, and bread.

The staff were helpful. They even arranged a fantastic boat trip. Breakfast featured delicious traditional Turkish options, AMAZING!!! I received a complimentary upgrade to a spacious family room upon arrival, it was unexpected.
